How Life Coaching Works

  Life coaching is professionally-assisted self-change. 


If you're ready to make a shift, I help you design the change and facilitate to help you manage that change.


We work together to find solutions to the problems that cause you stress. I help you hear your inner voice and find the answers, which are often inside of you.


Sometimes one needs an objective perspective, thought-provoking questions, or the right language. My brand of life coaching helps you communicate your needs in order to become unstuck and move to taking action for the self-change you desire and deserve.

Coaching vs. Therapy

  • Coaching is action oriented, with a focus on a client’s current life and plans for the future.


  • Therapy deals with a client’s current life, but the focus is usually on the past and healing emotional wounds. 


  •  Coaching is not about processing one’s emotional history or diagnosing and treating mental health issues.
